Nut Gun speeds up auto parts production
The Company: Ajax Precision in Mississauga, Ontario - a welding and metal stamping assembly facility that supplies small parts to the auto industry.
The Problem: Human error at the welding cells. Operators would manually place nuts and gtet them mixed up because of fatigue, resulting in production defects.
The Solution: An automated nut placer in the form of a Nut Gun from Speed Feeders in Burlington, Ontario.
 The potential for operator error is greatly reduced since the worker no longer has to reach down
and manually inspect and place each part.
